Its 17 days before darling comes back from his long holiday. Everyday without fail, I would be keeping track of it by reducing the number of days left in my MSN nick & striking out the days in my table calender...

Had a video conversation with him today & when I was doing that saw some views of him that I thought looked rather good. So I took it down & decided to show it to the world at large... *droolz* =p~~~

Gosh..I could faint looking at this.. =P

It's my birthday today!!! =D

Well first I would like to thank my darling Lixia, my bro-in-law Steven, and my sis Emily! Thank you for making my bday such a great one!

Well as today's my bday, Steven brought me down to San Jose to eat one of my favorite food: Com Tam!! (Vietnamese Broken Rice). He even let me drive such a long distance: 70miles/112km to and fro, that's 140 miles, 224km! Well also it was some crazy drive at 80mph/120kph all the time!

Before that we went to Fry's Electronic store to get PCI card and wireless USB adapter for the computer we got at the thrift store for US$20. A PIII 500MhZ PC with ethernet, 128MB video card, 512MB RAM, 30GB Hard drive, and a CD Rom drive, is well worth US$20! I installed the OS in there and put an additional 256Mb RAM in there and well you have a basic PC!

Went out with Eddy's mum today. Well..the initial plan for today was actually to go to school to study. Then later, the plan changed to meeting Ed's mum for lunch before going over to Ava's house to study.

But seems like things didn't go as planned as I ended up spending the whole day shopping with his mum (as expected?).. =P

But on the whole, today was spent rather "meaningfully". At least, not only have I got some nice stuff for myself, I've also spent some quality time with someone who has the same hobby as me. & that is SHOPPING~! =P

Ed's mum bought me a pair of shoes today... *Blush*

I bought myself a pretty pink nail polish... =)

Oh was just thinking about some of the things that happen during this week that are worth mentioning...

When I was on my way to school earlier this week, I saw this bus driver (think he drives bus 52) who is rather cute. I mean as compared to the other uncle drivers he is really not bad looking, at least he is not dirty (or tanned) look. Quite a boyish face. =)

And the funny thing was that I caught this auntie peeping at him & keep looking at his reflection from the bus rear mirror~! =O

Last but not least, when I visited Averil's blog earlier this week came across a rather interesting (or should I say gross) video. *Pukez*

Today was quite a slow day as I was at home most of the day... either watching TV, channel surfing or just playing with Spottie, Lilo and Nikolai...

Later in the evening me and Steven went to Costco and Walmart.. here are the photos of these huge warehouse wholesale hypermarket/ supermarket:

Costco is a warehouse wholesale hypermarket that requires a yearly membership to enter and buy its stuff. Nearly all of their items are sold in bulk, eg. you would only buy 1 disposable shaver in a supermarket but it sells 50 in a package.

Walmart is a well known supermarket selling almost everything from clothes to fishes. Normal Walmarts do not sell fresh food but Super Walmarts which are bigger stores sell them and these Super Walmarts operate 24 hours daily. One store i know well is in Clarksburg, West Virginia, 20 minutes drive away from my university that I've graduated from , Salem International University.
